Vintage Wm Rogers Teapot with Hinged Lid Footed Base 800 is classically designed, a beautiful, simple, and elegant vintage teapot.
Wm Rogers (International Silver Co) produced wonderful pieces from 1938 through 1976 when the company discontinued using this mark. This teapot is circa 1950’s. Teapot is stamped (Eagle) and Wm Rogers (Star) 800 on the leg. The hinge at the top of the pot is broken. All other areas are intact and it rests on all four feet. The minimal ornateness of the accented foliate and scroll pattern.
Made in the USA
This teapot also has a great patina and can be left as found or could be polished to bring back the shine to the silver plating. This teapot has not been altered with polishing or rubbing out any finish or patina.
Vintage pieces have minor blemishes and some wear in some spots. There are no dings, dents, or deep scratches. The hinge to the to However, the hinge to the top piece is broken.
